Syrup waffles with roquefort cheese

Some ingredients seem to have been made for each other. The combination of sweet Dutch syrup waffles and the sharp roquefort cheese is a great example of this. Be careful: these appetizers are quite heavy so do not serve too much of them.
Ingredients
- 125 g roquefort cheese
- 10 mini syrup waffles
Directions
- Step 1 Cut the roquefort cheese in small slices of 1 cm thickness in the same size as the waffles.
- Step 2 Put the roquefort on top of the syrup waffles.
